The preparation of decorative films mainly involves two stages: Industrial production and on-site construction.

Industrial production uses high-molecular polymers (such as PVC) as raw materials, adding additives and then processing them through calendering, lamination, and other processes to create the base film. Its surface decorative effect relies on high-precision processing technology, mainly including high-precision gravure printing technology, synchronous texturing embossing technology, and nanoscale simulation technology.

Professional installation requires trained personnel to use specialized tools and installation solutions (such as X-100), and to use purified water to ensure a smooth, bubble-free film surface. Some products utilize technologies such as air-guided adhesive, self-adhesive, or pressure-sensitive adhesive materials to assist in construction. For projects such as exterior wall renovation, the construction period using specialized products is shorter (approximately 8 days).
