The core processes include:

Ingredient Mixing: Precisely metering and high-speed mixing of raw materials such as PVC resin, plasticizer, stabilizer, and colorant according to the formula. This is crucial for determining the film's basic properties (such as flexibility and weather resistance).

Plasticization and Calendering/Coating: After intensive mixing and open milling for plasticization, the mixture is rolled into a base film of predetermined thickness using a precision calender, or the PVC slurry is coated onto release paper using a coating machine. This step controls the film's thickness uniformity and surface smoothness.

Printing/Surface Treatment: Single-color coating or textured printing is performed on the base film, followed by the application of a UV coating or other functional coatings (such as an anti-scratch layer).

Lamination and Curing: Each functional layer (such as the protective layer, printing layer, and adhesive layer) is laminated under precise tension control and then cured in a curing chamber to stabilize the adhesive layer's properties.

Slitting and Inspection: The film is slit into rolls according to customer requirements and subjected to full inspection for appearance, dimensions, color difference, peel strength, etc. The entire process must be carried out in a dust-free or low-dust workshop.
