Standard PVC monochrome decorative films are mostly multi-layered composite structures, primarily including:

Topcoat: Provides scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, fingerprint resistance, and stain resistance, and determines the final feel and gloss (e.g., matte, high-gloss).

Print Layer: Bears color and texture, using high-quality inks to ensure color saturation and stability.

Substrate: The film's "skeleton," determining its thickness, flexibility, and mechanical strength; typically made of plasticized or unplasticized PVC.

Adhesive Primer: Enhances adhesion to the substrate; some films have a built-in hot melt adhesive layer (hot-pressed film), while others require the use of specialized adhesives (cold-applied film).

Release Liner: Protects the primer layer and is peeled off during installation. This structure ensures the film's appearance, performance, and installation reliability.
