Appearance: The color should be uniform, free from blemishes such as unevenness, wrinkles, or oil stains! No more than 3 crystals 1.3mm or smaller should be present per 100cm², and larger crystals are strictly prohibited!

 

Identification: The infrared spectrum and reference spectrum must be consistent, and the density should be between 1.35 and 1.45 g/cm³.

 

Physical Properties: Strict standards apply to water vapor transmission, oxygen transmission, tensile strength, impact resistance, thermal shrinkage, heat-sealing strength, and vinyl chloride monomer content!

 

Leachables Test: Clarity, easily oxidized substances, non-volatile substances, and heavy metals must all meet the required standards!

 

Microbiological Limits and Abnormal Toxicity: Strict control of bacteria, molds, yeasts, E. coli, and toxicity is essential to ensure safety!
